Together with your mentor, we prepare you for taking on managerial tasks in our company. Gather extensive experience by passing through rotations that cross over between functions, divisions, and locations: Experienced top managers will support you during this time as mentors. With this program, we promote your successful career as an expert in your field. You do this by setting challenging tasks for yourself and taking on professional responsibility.

Get directly involved with the team, and gather practical, degree-related experience. If you are studying a STEM subject, you may be chosen for our exclusive talent relationship program ‘students@bosch’. Here, we provide you with individual content to prepare you for the start of your career. You will be invited to events and exclusive seminars and profit from individual coaching and an internship abroad with Bosch.

As a working student, you can participate in fascinating topics – join a project, and support it over the course of several important phases.
